17 years old and owner of the most analytical mind you may ever encounter. I find the largest joys in the smallest of things and I do my best to spread it to others. Right now, I'm in this sort of awkward transition stage; The one where I'm supposed to decide what I want to do with myself, what I'd like to become. But truth be told, I'm not entirely sure about any of that yet. This blog reflects my life en route to wherever I'm supposed to end up, and all the adventures, thoughts, feelings, and arbitrary little details along the way.

Anonymous asked: Give some health tips? Im trying to get thinner for my own health, but I just cant seem how. I know i have to eat healthy and exercise but what exactly is healthy to eat? I mean do i have to eat healthy all the time?

I didn’t really do it healthfully. I’m a poor example if you’re looking for healthy weight loss, to be honest. But look for things low in fat, sugar and sodium. Calories aren’t a huge deal as long as they aren’t in those types of things. You don’t have to cut those things out, though. Just be more careful. You don’t have to be healthy all the time. If you want to have a treat every now and again, I don’t see why not!
